Sutton predicts ‘Skelping

Every Tims favourite Englishman is at it again, today in the DR big Chris is saying what everyone else is thinking:

“If Celtic turn it on as they can, they’ll wipe the floor with Rangers.”

Celtic have had a couple of lazy draws this year where we didn’t look our best and were hit with a sting.

I am retrospectively happy one of these was last week under artificial circumstances against Ross County.

It’s the kick in the arse we needed to get the Bhoys hungry for the fight.

As the jubilation was there for all to see at Paradise, along with a WWE tackle on Griffiths which everyone except the referee saw, it is good to see that Celtic are preparing  for the worst.

These fixtures have a history of cards and penalties in disproportionate measure, Rodgers himself being a Celtic fan doesn’t need the facts explained to him.

Instead he is preparing the team to play with 10 men in case Chris Sutton’s colleague at the DR Michael Gannon is wrong and their actually is a conspiracy against Celtic.

Their man Michael thinks it preposterous that such a conspiracy could exist, i hope he is right.

Across town instead of training to take the referees out of the game, Pedro is practicing spot kicks.

We saw them last year when Celtic turned in their worst performance of the domestic season against the lower league aspirants.

The unbridled joy that we saw gush out of the deluded had the effect of annoying Dermot Desmond enough that he broke the bank and signed Brendan Rodgers.

The rest is history.

On that point, Brendan has the opportunity to write himself into the history books as our 4th treble winning manager.

That opportunity is on at high noon tomorrow at Hampden Park.
