After Ewan Henderson went on an initial 6 month loan which will be converted to a full time move at the end of the season, another Celt has headed out for the rest of the season.

Liam Shaw has found game time limited but has impressed fans in the win over Betis, there certainly is a player there however he just has too many players in front of him.

The move to Motherwell will be a good one for Celtic, Shaw will be closely monitored and the move of Kris Ajer did wonders for him at Kilmarnock, captain Callum McGregor came back a fine player from Notts County as well, hopefully Liam takes his opportunity and we see him pushing for first team action in the new season.

There remains a few players who surely need a loan deal, fellow Sheffield Wednesday signing Osaze Urhoghide also needs more game time and would benefit from a loan move.

Soro should be sent somewhere where he learns to play with discipline, there is a player there but his temperament and the Scottish referees are not going to mix.

All in all it has been a good day for Celtic moving on a player who like his brother Liam showed all the potential but couldn’t quite nail down a starting spot and with Shaw a player who looks one for the future getting the chance to show us all what he can do.
