Whenever Hibs are in the Premiership we have a couple of away days wearing some truly bizarre jerseys at times, but generally, our Hoops do the trick where ever we play.
This year we have been wearing a Gold and Black jersey marketed as Only the bold, in reality, it is overtly bold and an eyesore to most.
When we played St. Johnstone on the weekend our result wasn’t the only pleasing thing for the thousands of traveling fans and many more watching in Glasgow and around the world, the strip we were wearing was stunning.
The white top with dark green trim and a Celtic cross for a badge looked every bit a Celtic top, that we banged in 6 unanswered goals in it has endeared even more people to it as a recent Facebook poll illustrates.
91% of 1000 respondents so far (you can still vote by clicking here) on the Glasgow’s Green and White page have called for the White and Green to be our away jersey from now on.
Our next game is a home game vs Hibernian and it is to be expected we will take the field at Paradise in our iconic Hoops, but between now and the end of the season save our 2 fixtures against Neil Lennon’s team, the fans want to see us in the White and Green.
It looks the pick of the 3 in fairness, if you want to buy one they are for sale online at the clubs superstore.
