Aberdeen host 6 in a row Champions Celtic tonight in a top of the table clash that has Scotland buzzing, not due to old or firm reasons but because it guarantees a great game of Fitba.

After last nights exciting Edinburgh derby which Hibs won with an early goal to Simon Murray and after a two explosive Betfred Semi-Finals, Scottish Football is on a high.

Tonight’s game looks to be a belter, a tired Celtic coming back from European and Cup exertions playing Aberdeen who has been champing at the bit for this for 10 days.

McInnes is in the press talking the Sheeps chances up and why not, they have a damn good team and winning at Pittodrie, particularly in the cold of night, has ever proven easy.

A lot of credit must be given to Aberdeen for remaining equal on points with Celtic after nearly a full round of games, others have struggled to string 3 games together without defeat.

Tonight is going to show Celtic and our supporters what sort of challenge we are indeed up against, if we will be able to pull clear or if the Premiership will still be up for grabs when the competition splits.

Aberdeen looks not just stronger than in previous seasons, they look wiser.

We are in for one hell of a battle tonight, one which will go a long way to decide which team comes first and who will be relegated to second come seasons end.
