Celtic simply have no luck with injuries this season with our players dropping like flies, no where has our pain been more acutely felt than at Centre Half and today it seems we have been dealt yet another blow in the position.

Loan player Nat Philips who himself came to the club to fill in for crocked starters Maik Nawrocki and CCV and squad player Stephen Welsh has rolled his ankle in training.

It is unlikely that such an injury will be run off a day before the game meaning that we will again be seeing Liam Scales take defensive duties at the Centre of defence.

On the plus side Scales is yet to concede at Centre Half presiding over 3 clean sheet in Hoops this season including a heroic man of the match performance vs The Rangers at Ibrox.

It will be a major step up vs Feyenoord but one that he will likely be asked to make alongside Gustaf Lagerbielke.
