Callum McGregor wasn’t fancied by some to be the captain at Celtic following the departure of Scott Brown, but there are no doubters anymore after an amazing first season as skipper, much of it played behind a mask as he recovered from a broken cheek.

The heroism and strength he has displayed playing injured was a turning point in our season in fact, he was announced a few hours before the match to play Sevco at Paradise under lights, the 3 goals we scored and him horsing Barasic all over the place will long live in our memories.

However, a certain demographic are needing reassurance ahead of the next trip to Paradise on the weekend, as is their penchant when no truths can be found reassuring lies will take their place.

In case he deletes it, I am saving it here for after the match.
