The 31st of May is the last day in the current contracts of no fewer than 8 Celtic players, we have already heard that Miller, Simunovic and Hayes will not receive new contracts and they are likely to be joined by most of the following.

Craig Gordon will leave in search of first team football, even if he remains it will be behind Scott Bain and with Celtic hoping to complete a permanent deal for Fraser Forster he will be looking for a new club tomorrow.

Daniel Arzani will return to parent club Manchester City and likely be loaned out again.

Moritz Bauer will return to Stoke City after a year at Celtic, he will return with a Champions medal but not nearly as much game time as he would have hoped for.

Mohamed Elyounoussi may yet stay at Celtic, it remains to be seen if a long term deal can be organised with Southampton.

Fraser Forster is due back at Soton tomorrow as well, this is the most pressing of transfer deals with the big Geordie pivotal to our title hopes next season, with Gordon leaving we must secure a front line keeper regardless, Fraser is the one we all want.

Of all of these players Forster and Elyounoussi are the 2 who may remain, Gordon, Arzani and Bauer will join Miller, Jozo and Jonny in the search for new clubs.
