It is Groundhog day in Govan as yet another financial and legal indiscretion has come back to bit the 11 year old club itself run by a a pack of wannabe cowboys who think that whatever the SMSM and its deluded fans say is the gospel… or even the law.

It is the law that the Newco again find themselves at odds with, this time due to not hearing the words Old Firm Old Firm Old Firm when awaiting the promotions of a football game between Celtic and The Rangers.

Incredibly after signing a contract to play against Celtic in Sydney they listened to their disgruntled fans and then backed out of the tournament altogether, they complained that Bisgrove had done the unthinkable and not protect the Old Firm brand.

Now he is CEO.

Not just will Sevco be in court for a whopping £9.5 million in Glasgow but on close to £2 million in Sydney, their protestations that it felt too much like Ange’s homecoming tour will now be read before a judge in Australia where the offence took place.

Expect more of Mick’s transfer kitty to be ring fenced over this.

Just when you think they didn’t have enough problems you remember, they haven’t even begun dealing with their past or present, let alone their future.
