Hell week

There is an old saying in sport, you are only as good as your last game, regardless of our 59 straight domestic victories, we find ourselves licking our wounds at the home of Honest Mistakes.

I sense that not only Hibernian will be looking at our makeshift defence, the SFA and its arbitrators will be looking as well.

In last years version against the Newco, referee Craig Thomson played a fantastic game for the lodgers turning down a fair goal to Erik Sviatchenko and denying a stonewall penalty to Scott Sinclair.

Tragically for Sevco and Thomson, big Moussa had the last laugh nutmegging the ‘Keeper with a bit of footballing porn.

Check the incidents. The disallowed goal on 36 seconds, penalty turned down on 2:16, SKELPED on 2:40.

Now I have the utmost respect for Hibs and Neil Lennon, but we have already had a win over them taken from us by pathetic refereeing failing to see Efe Ambrose grabbing a shirt in the penalty area.

If visits to Hampden have taught us anything, there will be more install.

After this match we have Aberdeen away, our invincible record is very much under threat.

The SFA have already publicly stated at presidential level that our success is unfortunate and hopefully wont be replicated.

I fear they sense their opportunity more than the Hibees.
